I truly enjoyed its double room with a balcony and excellent beds. The location of the hotel was peaceful, close to local open market. The stuff was amazingly attentive - I would go back in flash.

A quiet and great hotel, my first choice in Hanoi. Clean place with excellent co-operating and attentive staff members. - Quiet and magnificent location to a 2-building history museum. - A lot of goodies for breakfast. This hotel is fantastic. It's quiet and clean, making it my top pick in Hanoi. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location next to a history museum is wonderful. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread with plenty of delicious options.

The hotel was quiet and fairly clean, no complaints. Everyone at the hotel was excellent, cooperative, and friendly. - I loved the tastefully decorated and modern room with a balcony. - the room amenities like soft bathrobes, a shower cap, and fresh towels were a nice bonus.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. The friendly staff went the extra mile, even accompanying us to find another hotel when they were fully booked. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is not far from the Old Quarter and some tourist destinations, and it is close to a street with material shops throughout the area.
Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel certainly had a decent breakfast with some options, and the bed was quite comfortable for our lovely romantic break. the location was great! It was just a walking distance to the famous sites and good restaurants nearby. the cost-quality ratio deserves some credit.
We had an issue with the shower, which ended up flooding the entire bathroom every time we used it.

The hotel had a great location near plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to find something to do or somewhere to eat. The breakfast was also pretty good with a decent selection of food to choose from. But the best aspect of our stay was the lovely Christmas decorations throughout the hotel, really added to the holiday spirit.
Our stay wasn't all great. The room we were given had a few problems.
